Honda has made good use of the Fit's platform. Never mind that it's also sold as the Jazz in some markets – the Fit has given rise to the Insight and CR-Z hybrids, the Shuttle wagon, HR-V/Vezel crossover, and the vehicle you see here.

It's called the Freed, and it shares its underpinnings with the Fit, but takes the form of a minivan. The nameplate was first introduced in 2008 to replace the Mobilio. Now the Freed now enters its second generation, comprehensively updated for 2016.

Similar in size to the Ford C-Max, the Freed is also available in two sizes and can accommodate as many as seven people across three rows of seating (in the Freed+ model). It also comes in either conventional or hybrid forms, with both powertrains centered around a 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine mated to either a CVT or dual-clutch transmission and driving either the front wheels or all four.

Honda is also offered a variety of handicapped mobility versions, adding up to a staggering array of choices packed into a very time frame. Prices in Japan range from 1,880,000 to 2,748,200 yen (or approximately $18-27k at current exchange rates).
